I found this piece of steel and rubber outside the AMPM on Garnett & Lamont in Pacific Beach, San Diego. It looks like it snapped off of something and someone threw it up onto the side. It weighs about 50 pounds. Naturally, I am taking it home to the Bay Area. Weel chock, ballast, the possibilities are endless .

A rocking horse to build a toddlers core. You could easily weld on more to make it symmetrical, then some legs & rockers, & a head.

Good guess. I’m going to use it as a wheel chock in my driveway.
